Role Summary

Manipal Business Solutions is looking for a Product Manager Financial Inclusion Products to manage and scale assisted banking products delivered through the Business Correspondent and field-agent network.

The role will own product journeys across AePS, account opening, ReKYC, balance enquiry, mini statement, biometric authentication, micro-ATM services, customer onboarding and other BC-led financial inclusion services.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for Financial Inclusion products such as AePS, account opening, ReKYC, balance enquiry, mini statement and other assisted banking services.
- Convert business, bank, compliance and operations requirements into clear BRDs, PRDs, user stories, process flows, release notes and UAT scenarios.
- Work with engineering, QA, design, business, operations and compliance teams to deliver product features across mobile applications, web dashboards, backend workflows and partner integrations.
- Improve field-agent journeys by designing easy, guided and low-error workflows suitable for agents working in rural and semi-urban markets.





Financial Inclusion and BC Operations

Understand and improve BC-led journeys including:
- AePS cash withdrawal
- Balance enquiry
- Mini statement
- Account opening
- ReKYC
- Biometric KYC
- Micro-ATM transactions
- Customer onboarding
- Agent onboarding and activation
- Device mapping and transaction monitoring
- Transaction failure, reversal and dispute flows

Work closely with BC operations teams to identify field-level issues, agent pain points, transaction failures, customer drop-offs and service gaps.

Define product controls for agent eligibility, transaction limits, device usage, audit trails, exception handling and operational compliance.

AI-First Product Practice

Use AI tools actively to improve speed and quality of product work, including:
- BRD / PRD drafting
- User story creation
- SOP and training-content generation
- Support-ticket summarisation
