We are hiring Maintenance Engineer at Nipro India Corporation Pvt Ltd

Qualification: DME/BE Electrical or Electronic and Telecommunication

Experience: 5 - 8 years in maintenance activities,

1. Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintenance of all the Machines / Equipment's in his area

2. Prepare Standard Operating Procedures for Preventive maintenance of machine. Give training to all concerned for effective implementation

3. Electrical Engineer is responsible for uninterrupted operation & maintenance of all the machines / / Equipment's in his area in his shift,

4. He is responsible for having sufficient technical and trained manpower in the department to carry out operation & maintenance activities safely.

5. He Is responsible for maintaining updated copy of the engineering manual containing following

6. Procedure for maintenance(breakdown/preventive)

7. Procedure for calibration of the measuring instruments.

8. Procedure for selecting external agency for carrying out jobs in his area.

9.



Procedure for operation of all the Utilities.

10. Detailed list of the machinery/equipments of his area.

11. Detailed list of the identified measuring instruments for calibration

12. Detailed list of Machines/equipment’s being maintained by external agency.

13. Detailed list of spares parts for the machines/equipment’s

14. Formats for maintaining records of maintenance data

15. Pharmaceutical component Manufacturing sector FMCG

16. Pharmaceutical drug manufacturing - OSD, Formulation or Syrup facility

17. Continuous manufacturing sector of electropneumatic sector and components.

Skills:

PLC programming background

SCADA experience

Sound Knowledge about Panel wiring, Fault finding Instrument calibration knowledge
