Role Description
This full-time Business Development Manager role is based in Salcette with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of in office presence and work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and develop strategies to expand market presence.



Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, generating and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering client presentations, drafting proposals, and negotiating terms in alignment with company goals. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to shape service offerings, gather feedback from clients, and ensure that solutions meet customer needs. The Business Development Manager will also track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and regularly report on pipeline status and key metrics to leadership.
