As a Test Automation / QA Lead, you will define and drive the quality engineering strategy across Salesforce and enterprise platforms. You will lead QA and automation teams, scale automated testing practices, and help ensure reliable, high-quality releases through modern DevOps and CI/CD processes.

Envision Your Experience

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Lead and develop a team of QA engineers and automation testers
- Define and execute enterprise-wide QA and test automation strategy
- Scale Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) across regression and in-sprint testing
- Oversee the design and execution of automated test suites
- Partner with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Architecture teams
- Establish KPIs and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement




- Lead defect triage and root cause analysis activities
- Align testing strategy with release management and deployment governance
- Manage capacity planning and resource allocation across QA functions
- Drive innovation in tooling, frameworks, and quality processes

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of QA and test automation experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Experience leading QA delivery in Agile and DevOps environments
- Strong expertise with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)
- Experience testing Salesforce platforms and enterprise applications
