Strategy Development & Implementation
Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices. Lead the implementation of carbon reduction programs, energy efficiency initiatives, and circular economy principles across property portfolios. Establish sustainability roadmaps and action plans that support net-zero commitments and ESG targets.

ESG Reporting & Compliance
Manage ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting in accordance with frameworks such as GRESB, CDP, TCFD, and GRI. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and building certifications including LEED, BREEAM, WELL, and ENERGY STAR. Prepare sustainability reports and disclosures for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Energy & Carbon Management
Oversee energy audits, carbon footprint assessments, and greenhouse gas emissions inventories. Identify and implement energy efficiency measures, renewable energy opportunities, and building optimization strategies. Track and report on energy consumption, carbon emissions, and progress toward reduction targets.
