Job Description

We are looking for a passionate QA Engineer with 1 2 years of experience in Manual Testing to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for identifying defects. Exposure to Automation Testing is an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements to create effective test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform Manual Testing for web and mobile applications.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to ensure product quality.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA review meetings.
- Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards.




- Support Automation Testing initiatives wherever applicable.

Pre Requisites: Required Skills
- 1 2 years of experience in Manual Software Testing.
- Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in writing clear and comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Knowledge of Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, etc.).
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and API testing using tools like Postman is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile setting.

Good to Have
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar tools.
