1. About Position

The
Manager – Administration & Projects
is responsible for developing, managing,



and continuously improving the administration and physical infrastructure ecosystem across all Jambulogix locations.

The role owns end-to-end execution of new warehouse, sorting center, office, and operational site launches—from project planning through successful operational handover. During business-as-usual operations, the role ensures every Jambulogix location remains fully functional, compliant, well-maintained, adequately supplied, and operationally efficient from an administration and facilities perspective. This is a highly execution-oriented leadership role requiring exceptional coordination, project management, vendor management, procurement, facility administration, and stakeholder management capabilities. The role acts as the central owner for creating operational readiness and maintaining infrastructure excellence across all current and future locations.
