Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall culinary operations and kitchen team

• Develop and refine menus across cuisines

• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and portioning

• Manage food costs, inventory and vendor coordination

• Establish hygiene, safety and quality-control standards

• Train and mentor chefs and kitchen staff

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant experience in restaurants, cafés or hospitality kitchens

• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety

• Leadership and team-management capabilities

• Creativity, discipline and attention to detail

• Ability to perform efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
