Sourcing Specialist

About the role

We're looking for a Sourcing Specialist who knows how to find the right product, at the right price, from the right vendor — and get it delivered on time, every time. You'll be the backbone of our procurement: identifying manufacturers, negotiating rates, managing vendor relationships, and making sure quality never slips between PO and delivery.

What you'll do
- Identify, evaluate and onboard vendors and manufacturers across product categories
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms and timelines
- Get samples made, checked and approved before bulk orders
- Track orders end to end — production, QC, packaging, dispatch
- Build backup vendor options so no single supplier can hold up a delivery
- Keep costing sheets updated and flag margin risks early




- Coordinate with sales team on client requirements and custom orders

What we're looking for
- 2–5 years in sourcing, procurement or vendor management (gifting, lifestyle, apparel or FMCG background is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort with vendor visits — this is a field + desk role
- Working knowledge of costing, GST invoicing and basic quality checks
- Someone who picks up the phone and chases, not waits
- Based in or willing to travel across Delhi NCR
