• Audit & Access Controls: Monitor user access and T-code permissions, report and remediate
segregation-of-duties (SoD) conflicts, and drive timely deactivation of SAP access on employee exits and role transfers.
• Master Data Governance: Create and maintain Material Master, Business Partner (BP), and EWM
product master data across all relevant views and plants. Keep Purchasing Info Records, Material
Groups, and HSN codes consistent and accurate.
• Operations & Period Closure: Run the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, validating GST, PAN, and tax documents. Maintain tax conditions across MM and SD, and support month-end period- closure activities.
• Project Testing & Deployment:
Gather functional requirements and translate them into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for recent SAP implementations and enhancements before go-live.
Candidate Requirement
• Experience: 4–8 years in SAP master data or the SAP MM module
• Technical Profile: Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience is a must; exposure to EWM and the Business Partner model is a strong plus
• Core Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of BOM linkages, PR/PO workflows, and ITGC audit controls
• Competencies: Strong root-cause analysis skills and clear communication with finance and operations stakeholders.
