About The Role
We're hiring a Long Form Video Editor to craft compelling, high-retention faceless documentary videos that masterfully blend strong hooks, storytelling, and visual depth for YouTube.

What You'll Do
- Edit highly engaging, faceless long-form videos using Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Craft powerful first-minute hooks to maximize initial viewer retention
- Build robust narratives using extensive B-roll, seamless pacing, and strategic cuts
- Design dynamic parallax edits, motion graphics, and immersive sound design
- Maintain organized project files and timelines, and implement feedback rapidly

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience editing faceless, documentary-style content for YouTube
- Strong hook-building knowledge and expertise in creating complex parallax effects
- Exceptional storytelling instincts, pacing skills, and an eye for visual detail
- Deep passion for long-form video mechanics, deep-dives, and creator culture
- Sharp, responsible, highly creative, and capable of consistently hitting deadlines
