Experience:
Fresher to 1 year
Qualification:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Pharmaceuticals or a related engineering field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HPLC/Osmometer equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain service reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service scheduling.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls and customer satisfaction.
- Follow safety and company service protocols.
Preferred Skills:
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for onsite service visits.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
