Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research on education, psychology, corporate training, HR, leadership, technology, and emerging market trends.
- Identify innovative practices, global benchmarks, and new opportunities for organizational growth.
- Develop research-based concepts for training programs, workshops, educational products, and strategic initiatives.
- Research government projects, CSR opportunities, grants, partnerships, and funding prospects.




- Perform market and competitor analysis to support business development and decision-making.
- Prepare well-structured research reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate creative solutions for business challenges.
- Stay updated with AI tools, digital innovations, and industry developments that can enhance organizational effectiveness.
