Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Mumbai, focused on leveraging AI and data to drive business decisions across Vitalpro’s food and beverage brands. The Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders, translating them into clear specifications for technology, AI,



and process initiatives. Daily responsibilities include mapping and optimizing business processes, identifying opportunities for AI-driven insights and automation, and developing dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational decisions. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to evaluate performance, test hypotheses, and recommend improvements grounded in data. The Business Analyst will also support the design and implementation of AI models or tools in partnership with data and technology teams, monitor outcomes, and communicate findings in a structured and accessible manner to leadership.

Qualifications
- Solid Analytical Skills and experience interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.
