This is a 100% performance-based incentive role with no fixed salary. Your earnings depend entirely on your performance, and You can earn in dollars

Responsibilities
- Handle online conversations professionally in English.
- Build engaging and meaningful conversations with clients.
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain consistent activity and achieve daily performance goals.
- Work independently and manage your own tasks without constant supervision.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chat Operator or on international dating/chat platforms.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Laptop/Desktop with a stable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned work.

and committed candidates only.
