We are looking for a Training Coordinator / Office Trainer to join our Chandigarh office.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding people, is organized, patient, and looking for a stable, long-term office career in a professional work environment.
The role involves coordinating training for newly joined employees using company-provided training videos and materials. You will also assist with basic office coordination and simple social media posting.
No sales. No targets. No field work.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training for newly joined employees
- Guide new staff using company-provided training material
- Monitor training progress and maintain basic records
- Coordinate training schedules with different departments
- Create and publish basic company and hiring posts on social media
- Assist with routine office coordination and documentation
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate (any stream)
- Good communication skills (spoken English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
- Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn for basic posting
- Well-organized, responsible, and patient
- Looking for a long-term, stable career
- Candidates with valuable communication skills are welcome
Work Timings
Monday – Friday: 8:50 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
4th Saturday Off
Salary & Benefits
