About the Role

Brandmovers India is looking for a passionate and imaginative Junior Art Director who can transform ideas into compelling visual communication across digital, print, social, branding, and integrated campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, client servicing, and production teams to create impactful creative work that meets both brand objectives and business goals.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong design foundation, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to think conceptually while executing with precision.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Design communication across social media, digital marketing, print, branding, presentations, outdoor, and activation collateral.
- Collaborate with copywriters to create cohesive campaign ideas and storytelling.
- Translate client briefs into visually engaging creative solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.




- Present design ideas and creative rationale internally and to clients when required.
- Work closely with production teams, photographers, illustrators, printers, and vendors to ensure quality execution.
- Stay updated with design trends, cultural movements, typography, photography, and emerging creative technologies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, creative ideas.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in an advertising, branding, or creative agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality visual design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of Figma and motion/video tools (After Effects or Premiere Pro) is an advantage.
