*About the Role:*
As a Senior Design Engineer for Innomation’s adaptable packaging division, you join our team of design engineers through the following activities.
- Participate in strategic planning along with the management in identifying market opportunities and freezing overall machine specifications to achieve product – market fit.
- Conceptualizing equipment, structuring,
and performing preliminary cost-benefit analysis.
- Developing preliminary 3D designs and coordinating with cross functional teams to validate design intent and optimize.
- Prototyping and validation of concepts / conceptual structures to verify design intent.
- Detailed engineering calculations, selection and optimization of machine elements.
- Detailed engineering design and final design verification by cross functional teams including DFMA.
- Optimizing costs and ensuring design meets budgetary and performance requirements.
- Detailed manufacturing drawings and preparation of Master Copy. Creation and maintenance of detailed documentation of designs, specifications, and project progress.
- Participate in project management activities, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
