We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-driven Software Developer to take complete ownership of our Background Verification (BGV) software. As the sole developer on this project, you will build, scale, and maintain the platform from end to end.

This role is perfect for a sharp, independent developer who wants to bypass the corporate ladder, take full technical ownership of a product, and see their code directly impact the business.

Role & responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Solely manage, design, and develop the backend architecture, APIs, and database structures for the BGV platform.
- API Integration: Connect and maintain third-party APIs for identity verification (Aadhaar, PAN, DigiLocker, etc.) and document processing.
- Database Management: Design, optimize, and secure database schemas to ensure quick query performance and data integrity.
- Deployment & Maintenance: Manage hosting, cloud deployment (if applicable), bug fixing, and regular system maintenance independently.
- Product Evolution:



Work directly with the management/business team to translate business requirements into working software features.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA in Computer Science or related fields.
- Independence: Proven ability to build features independently from scratch without daily supervision.
- Tech Stack: Strong hands-on experience in Node.js / Python / PHP / Java and databases MySQL and Redis.
- API & Workflows: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous workflows.
- Problem Solver: Excellent debugging skills and a "figure-it-out" attitude when facing technical roadblocks.
- Tools: Proficient with Git/GitHub for version control and deployment processes.

Good to Have
- Prior experience building a web application or product completely on your own (freelance projects or personal portfolio projects).
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to handle minor UI tweaks if needed.
