We are looking for an experienced
HR – Talent Acquisition
professional to drive end-to-end hiring for
The Purple Turtles, Beruru, and Oorjaa
across retail stores and corporate functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail recruitment or recruitment consultancy and be capable of managing multiple hiring requirements in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate positions across The Purple Turtles, Beruru, and Oorjaa.
· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
· Screen resumes, conduct and coordinate interview rounds.
· Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
· Negotiate salary,
roll out offers, and coordinate joining formalities.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
· Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate database.
· Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Eligibility
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- · 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to
retail hiring, furniture, home décor, luxury retail
, or recruitment consultancy.
