Role Description
The Performance Marketing Lead is a full time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across channels such as search, social, and email to drive enrollment in training programs and generate qualified leads for IT services. This role oversees performance marketing strategy, manages budgets,



and monitors key metrics including ROI, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates. The Performance Marketing Lead collaborates with product, sales, and content teams to develop targeted campaigns, landing pages, and funnels aligned with business goals. Day-to-day activities include campaign setup, A/B testing, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and reporting on performance with actionable insights. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, refining targeting, and ensuring campaigns adhere to brand and compliance standards.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in performance marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting, with proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency with analytics and optimization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, marketing automation platforms) and comfort working with data to guide decisions.
