Role Overview

We are looking for an
Enterprise Presales Consultant
with strong telecom domain knowledge to support enterprise sales engagements for
CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service)
and
Network API / Network-as-a-Service offerings
. The role bridges
sales, product, and engineering
, translating enterprise business needs into technically sound and commercially viable solutions. The candidate will play a key role across the
end-to-end presales cycle
, from customer discovery to solution design, BoQ preparation, and deal closure support.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Solutioning
- Own and drive the
end-to-end presales cycle
for enterprise customers across CPaaS and Network API offerings.
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand
business requirements, use cases, and technical expectations
.
- Design
end-to-end solution architectures
aligned with customer needs,



product capabilities, and network constraints.
- Position CPaaS capabilities such as SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, OTP, and APIs for enterprise digital transformation use cases.
- Articulate the value of
Network APIs
(e.g., identity, location, QoS, authentication, charging) to enterprise and partner ecosystems.

Customer Interaction & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a
technical and solution advisor
during customer meetings, workshops, demos, and RFP discussions.
- Build robust
enterprise customer relationships
and maintain effective working connections with CXOs, IT heads, and digital teams.
- Collaborate closely with
Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Delivery teams
to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.

Commercials & BoQ
- Prepare detailed
BoQs (Bill of Quantity)
, solution pricing inputs, and technical commercials for enterprise proposals.
