Role Description
The AI ML Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, tools,



and applications to learners from diverse backgrounds. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials and curricula, conducting classroom and lab sessions, guiding learners through projects, and evaluating their performance through assignments and assessments. The role involves staying updated with current AI/ML trends, customizing content to different skill levels, and providing mentoring and career guidance to participants. The trainer will collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure training outcomes align with Nirmaan’s broader goals in skill development and employability.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust technical skills in AI and Machine Learning, such as model development, data preprocessing, supervised and unsupervised learning, and familiarity with common ML frameworks (e.g.. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
