Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels.

Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business demonstrations.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.





Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience.

Provide regular reports on sales performance and business development activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust negotiation and presentation abilities.

Ability to build long-term client relationships.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
