About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the day-to-day Human Resources operations of our IT Services organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, employee engagement, and policy administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, background verification, and induction.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS, and personnel files with accuracy.
- Coordinate monthly attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs with the payroll team.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, and statutory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, payroll, and advantages.
- Prepare HR letters,



employment contracts, experience letters, and other employee documentation.
- Track probation confirmations, performance review schedules, and employee confirmations.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
- Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing candidate communications when required.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards related to headcount, attrition, attendance, leave, and other HR metrics.
- Coordinate employee separation, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company data.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of HR Generalist functions.
