Role Description:
- MCA & Companies Act Compliance
- GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC & other statutory compliances
- Corporate documentation & statutory record maintenance
- Coordination with the company secretary, Chartered Accountants & Government Authorities




- Compliance reporting & risk management
- Internal audits, SOPs & policy implementation
- Board meeting and regulatory compliance support

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Law, or related field
- CA Inter / CMA / LLB preferred
- 3–7 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws and statutory compliances
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Tally, and compliance documentation
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
