What you are accountable for:
The
Supervisor, Omnichannel
is accountable for driving omnichannel strategy, optimization and execution across all programmatic and direct partners and in-house platforms and works to ensure the highest level of quality work, strategic thinking,



and collaboration with both internal and external partners for a select group of accounts. Working in close collaboration with media and omnichannel leads, you will lead and drive all aspects of the campaign life cycle as it pertains to omnichannel, including the oversight of day-to-day across active campaigns.

In addition, you will support agency education on the capabilities within these platforms through ongoing meeting facilitation, note-taking, and POV creation.

What you are responsible for:

- Holistic ownership of client accounts, including strategy, planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Develop and pitch cutting-edge strategies and meaningful insights for campaigns for both new and existing clients
- Provide strategic and executional support to team members on a variety of clients with different complexities and backgrounds
