Role Overview

The
Manager – Marketing (Transformers)
will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and expanding market presence in Gujarat and surrounding regions.

The role requires a strong understanding of the
electrical equipment industry
, including transformers, switchgear, cables, control panels, and related infrastructure equipment. The candidate should have established industry contacts with
OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and panel builders
and should actively drive sales growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for transformer sales in Gujarat and nearby markets.

• Promote Indcoil’s range of
dry-type and oil-filled transformers
to industrial clients, EPC contractors, OEMs, and consultants.

• Develop and maintain relationships with electrical consultants, project developers, and engineering firms.

• Generate inquiries and participate in tendering and bidding processes.





• Track upcoming projects and identify potential transformer requirements at early project stages.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, and product presentations.

• Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams for preparation of offers and proposals.

• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.

• Support customers during technical discussions and project execution stages..

Candidates with experience working with companies in the following sectors will be preferred:

1. Transformer Manufacturers:
Voltamp Transformers, CG Power, Sudhir Power, Raychem RPG, Cahors Transfix, Shilchar Technologies, Tesla Transformers, Telawne Power, TMC Transformers, TBEA, Kirloskar Electric

2. Control Panel Builders:
Akshar Group, Swati Switchgears, Accu Panels Energy Pvt. Ltd., Exact Automation and Contro
