Responsibilities

- Content Library Ownership:
End-to-end ownership of the licensed content library, ensuring quality, consistency, and high-impact content availability across genres.
- Run structured experiments, analyze performance signals, and identify top-performing genres.
- Operational Program Management:
Build programs and workflows that guarantee a steady, timely flow of content going live fully aligned with growth targets and business goals.
- Team & Talent Leadership:
Hire, scale, and lead editorial and promo production teams. Drive talent development through structured training, workshops, incentives, and ongoing capability-building.
- Data-Driven Content Decisions:
Track show performance, identify improvement levers, and shape the future pipeline by pairing editorial intuition with analytical rigor.
