1. As an L2 Identity Support Engineer, you will:
- Provide Level 2 operational support for enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments, ensuring the availability, security, and reliability of identity services.




- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents related to Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid identity infrastructures.
- Support identity-related configuration changes, access management, and directory services under the guidance of L3 engineering teams.
- Perform root cause analysis for identity incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and maintain enterprise identity infrastructure, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
- Support identity security initiatives by implementing and maintaining Microsoft s Enterprise Access Model (EAM) and Tiering Model.
- Utilize identity security assessment and posture management tools such as Semperis ADFR, DSP, DRET, Microsoft Identity Secure Score, Microsoft Assessments, PingCastle, and BloodHound.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning (DRP) and operational readiness for Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
