SAP CX Sales Cloud Specialist – Key Responsibilities
CRM & Lead Management
Configure and manage SAP CX Sales Cloud to support CRM processes.
Oversee lead capture, qualification, and conversion workflows.
Ensure accurate tracking of opportunities and customer interactions.
Pipeline Optimization
Design and optimize sales pipelines to improve forecasting accuracy and conversion rates.
Collaborate with sales teams to streamline prospect management and deal progression.
Monitor pipeline health and recommend strategies for improvement.
Integration with ERP/S4HANA
Manage integration of SAP CX Sales Cloud with ERP and S4HANA systems.




Ensure seamless data flow between sales, finance, and supply chain functions.
Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution.
Sales Analytics & Reporting o Develop dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance, pipeline metrics, and customer engagement.
Provide actionable insights to stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
Track KPIs such as win rates, deal velocity, and revenue growth.
Workflow & Process Management
Configure workflows for lead assignment, approvals, and escalations.
Ensure compliance with sales policies and governance frameworks.
Continuously refine workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Training & Stakeholder Engagement o Conduct workshops, training sessions, and onboarding programs for sales teams.
Drive adoption of SAP CX Sales Cloud solutions across business units.
