About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Lead Generation Expert to accelerate pipeline growth across the US market. This is a pure outbound hunting role focused on identifying target accounts, engaging senior decision-makers, and generating qualified sales opportunities through strategic prospecting. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, data-driven, and experienced in owning the entire

outbound process—from account research and list building to personalized outreach and meeting generation. This role will work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Solutions teams to create opportunities within enterprise and mid-market organizations across Technology, Commerce, Manufacturing, and Healthcare sectors.

1. Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

● Identify and engage CIOs, CTOs, COOs, CMOs, Vice Presidents, Directors, and other C-level decision-makers within target accounts.

● Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and other prospecting channels.





● Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the sales team.

● Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects across assigned industries and territories.

● Consistently achieve outbound activity, meeting-generation, and prospect-creation targets.

● Contribute directly to pipeline creation through strategic prospecting and account penetration.

2. Account Research & Targeting

● Research targets companies and key stakeholders across Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and Technology sectors.

● Identify buying signals such as leadership changes, funding rounds, digital transformation initiatives, acquisitions, technology investments, and expansion activities.

● Develop and maintain high-quality prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other sales intelligence platforms.

● Prioritize accounts based on ICP fit, buying intent, business relevance,
