Requirements

Expertise in SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Intelligence, and Collaboration Hub
·Robust skills in process modeling (BPMN 2.0) and workflow support
Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Knowledge of integration support with SAP and enterprise systems
Ability to provide training, adoption support, and stakeholder engagement
? SAP Signavio Specialist – Key Responsibilities
Process Modeling & Workflow Support
Develop and maintain business process models using BPMN 2.0 standards.
Support workflow design and ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
Collaborate with business teams to streamline and document processes.




Incident Management & Troubleshooting
Provide technical support for SAP Signavio applications, including Process Manager,
Process Intelligence, and Collaboration Hub.
Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure system stability and minimize downtime through proactive monitoring.
Performance Optimization
Analyze system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Optimize workflows and configurations to enhance user experience.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
Integration Support
Assist in integrating SAP Signavio solutions with SAP ERP and other enterprise systems.
Ensure smooth data exchange and interoperability across platforms.
Collaborate with IT teams to maintain integration reliability.
Training & Adoption Support
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and onboarding programs for end-users.
