We’re hiring an experienced SAP DMS Consultant (6–10 years) to lead Document Management System projects with top international clients. This is an onsite role in the Middle East, offering global exposure and the chance to work on Greenfield implementations that transform enterprise document management.

SAP DMS Specialist – Key Responsibilities
Document Lifecycle Management
Configure and manage SAP DMS to support document creation, storage, retrieval, and archiving.
Oversee the complete lifecycle of documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Implement policies for document retention and disposal in compliance with organizational standards.
Version Control & Workflow Automation
Establish version control mechanisms to maintain document integrity and history.
Design and optimize workflows for document approvals, reviews, and escalations.
Automate document processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Integration with ERP/S4HANA
Manage integration of SAP DMS with ERP/S4HANA systems for seamless data exchange.




Ensure synchronization of documents across procurement, logistics, and finance modules.
Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution.
Compliance & Governance Frameworks
Implement governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Conduct audits and monitor document processes to maintain compliance.
Maintain accurate documentation of governance policies and procedures.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization o Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for document management efficiency.
Ensure scalability and reliability of SAP DMS solutions across the enterprise.
Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in document workflows.
Training & Stakeholder Engagement
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and onboarding programs for end-users.
Drive adoption of SAP DMS solutions across business units.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure success
