We’re hiring an experienced SAP EAM Consultant (6–10 years) to lead Enterprise Asset Management projects with top international clients. This is an onsite role in the Middle East, offering global exposure and the chance to work on Greenfield implementations that optimize asset performance worldwide.

Requirements

SAP EAM Specialist – Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Planning & Execution.
Configure and manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes in SAP EAM.
Develop maintenance plans and schedules to ensure asset reliability and minimize downtime.
Oversee work order creation, execution, and closure for maintenance activities.
Asset Performance & Analytics.
Monitor asset performance using SAP EAM analytics and reporting tools.
Provide insights into equipment health, utilization, and lifecycle costs.
Recommend strategies for improving asset efficiency and extending lifespan.
Integration with ERP/S4HANA o Manage integration of SAP EAM with ERP/S4HANA systems for seamless data flow.
Ensure synchronization between maintenance, procurement, and financial modules.




Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution.
Compliance & Governance.
Implement compliance frameworks to meet safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
Conduct audits and ensure adherence to governance policies in asset management.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance processes and compliance records.
Workflow & Process Optimization.
Design and optimize workflows for maintenance request handling, approvals, and escalations.
Ensure effective execution of maintenance processes aligned with organizational goals.
Continuously refine workflows to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Training & Stakeholder Engagement.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and onboarding programs for maintenance teams.
Drive adoption of SAP EAM solutions across business units.
