We are hiring an experienced WalkMe Consultant (6–10 years) to join our team and drive impactful digital adoption initiatives. This role offers an excellent onsite prospect in the Middle East, giving you direct exposure to international projects and global clients, while working on exciting Greenfield implementation projects that shape organizations from the ground up.

Requirements

Expertise in WalkMe platform configuration and customization
Building Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, ShoutOuts, and Launchers to enhance user adoption
Designing user journeys and workflows for seamless digital experiences
Strong skills in analytics, reporting, and optimization to measure adoption success
Ability to conduct training, workshops, and stakeholder engagement
WalkMe Specialist – Key Responsibilities
Platform Configuration & Customization
Configure and customize the WalkMe platform to align with organizational needs.
Build and maintain Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, ShoutOuts, and Launchers to drive user adoption.
User Journey & Workflow Design




Design intuitive user journeys and workflows that enhance digital experiences.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure seamless integration across applications.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor adoption metrics through WalkMe analytics and reporting tools.
Analyze user behavior to identify friction points and optimize guidance solutions.
Continuously refine digital adoption strategies based on data insights.
Training & Stakeholder Engagement
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and demos to onboard users effectively.
Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Develop documentation and best practices for ongoing platform usage.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on WalkMe features and industry best practices.
Recommend enhancements to improve user engagement and adoption success.
Ensure scalability and sustainability of WalkMe solutions across the enterprise.
