Role Overview
The Associate Client Account Manager – AI Division will be responsible for managing client interactions, supporting account management activities, understanding business requirements,
and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, client management exposure, and a fundamental understanding of the AI ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships.Understand client requirements, project objectives, and business expectations.Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.Support account management activities to drive client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.Conduct regular follow-ups, client meetings, project discussions, and stakeholder interactions.Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and client communication documentation.Proactively identify and address client concerns while coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution.Develop and maintain a working understanding of
