Experience: 2 - 3 Years in social media marketing (EdTech/education industry preferred)

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars and platform-specific strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, and Threads - identifying trends and content opportunities relevant to commerce and finance education to grow brand awareness, engagement, and leads.
● Write compelling captions, hooks,



and CTAs for all platforms, and coordinate with content writers, designers, and video editors to publish high-quality, on-brand content on schedule.
● Manage day-to-day community engagement across comments, DMs, and audience queries, building engagement through polls, quizzes, stories, and live sessions, and escalating student inquiries to the admissions team when required.
● Plan and execute campaigns for course launches, admissions, results announcements, faculty branding, student success stories, webinars, scholarships, and workshops, in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
● Track KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, website clicks, video views, and leads, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
