We manage the digital presence of fast-growing product companies — Piqual, Talentou, Prodeia, Simbfi, and Nuivio. Our websites are built on a custom stack using Claude, GitHub, and Vercel — not WordPress. We move fast, think smart, and use AI tools at every step.

About the Role

We are looking for an SEO and AEO Associate who is technically sound and can drive organic visibility for all our portfolio company websites. This is not a content writing role. We need someone who understands the technical side of SEO, knows how search and AI-powered search engines work, and can work directly inside a code-based website environment.

What You'll Do
- Own the SEO and AEO strategy across all Caimue-managed websites
- Conduct technical SEO audits — site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links, canonical tags
- Write and implement meta titles, descriptions,



schema markup, and structured data directly in the codebase
- Set up and manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools across all properties
- Ensure all dev and staging pages have noindex tags and are not indexed by search engines
- Optimize content and page structure for AI-powered search engines (AEO — Answer Engine Optimization)
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance and share regular insights with the team
- Work closely with the web developer and marketing team on site structure and content updates

What You Need
- Demonstrated experience in SEO — we need someone who has done this, not just studied it
- Comfortable working with code-based websites — able to edit meta tags, schema, and robots.txt directly in files
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
- Understanding of AEO and
