Application Lifecycle Management projects. This role offers an excellent onsite opportunity in the
Middle East, giving you direct exposure to international projects and global clients, while working on
exciting Greenfield implementation initiatives that shape organizations from the ground up

Requirements

Robust hands-on expertise with HP ALM / Micro Focus ALM
Experience in test management, requirements management, and defect tracking
Skilled in end-to-end ALM implementations including configuration, customization, and integration
Knowledge of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline integration
Ability to design and optimize ALM workflows, dashboards, and reporting
Experience in user training, adoption strategies, and stakeholder engagement
? Key Job Responsibilities
ALM Implementation & Configuration
Lead end-to-end implementations of HP ALM / Micro Focus ALM.
Configure, customize, and integrate ALM modules to meet project requirements.




Ensure seamless integration with automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Test & Requirements Management
Manage test planning, execution, and reporting within ALM.
Oversee requirements traceability and defect lifecycle management.
Collaborate with QA teams to optimize test coverage and defect resolution.
Workflow & Dashboard Optimization
Design and refine ALM workflows to align with organizational processes.
Develop dashboards and reporting solutions for stakeholders.
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Training
Conduct user training sessions and create adoption strategies.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective ALM usage.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on ALM product updates and industry best practices.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
