Role Description
The Quality Engineer role at Touras is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, monitoring product performance, and ensuring that payment and financial service solutions meet defined quality standards. Daily tasks include collaborating with product and engineering teams, analyzing defects, implementing quality improvements, and maintaining documentation related to quality processes and testing outcomes.



The role also involves using data-driven methods to identify root causes of issues, validating fixes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across systems and workflows.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Quality Engineering and Quality Assurance, with experience in implementing and maintaining testing frameworks.
- Demonstrated skills in Quality Control and Product Quality, including inspection, defect analysis, and validation of fixes.
- Experience in Quality Management, including designing processes, setting quality metrics, and supporting continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies, automation tools, and analytics for monitoring system performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
