Job Title: Driver
Department: Administration / Logistics
Reports To: Administration Manager / HR Manager

Job Summary

The Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of employees, company officials, garments, raw materials, documents, and other company assets. The role includes maintaining the assigned vehicle in positive condition, complying with traffic regulations, and supporting administrative and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for official duties.
- Transport employees, management, visitors, and customers as assigned.
- Deliver and collect garments, fabrics, trims, accessories, samples, documents, and parcels.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of materials to suppliers, customers, and transport agencies.
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Monitor fuel levels, engine oil, coolant, tire pressure, and other vehicle maintenance requirements.




- Report vehicle defects, breakdowns, or accidents immediately to the Administration Manager.
- Ensure vehicle servicing, insurance, pollution certificate, fitness certificate, and registration are valid and up to date.
- Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, mileage records, fuel consumption, and trip reports.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and road safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials when required.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and official travel.
- Support administrative and logistics activities as assigned.
- Be available for overtime, emergency trips, or outstation travel when required.
