About the Role:
Mechanical Energy Systems is seeking an experienced CNC Supervisor to oversee CNC machine operations, manage the shop floor team, and ensure production targets are met with quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily CNC machining operations across shifts
- Plan and allocate jobs to operators/setters based on priority and capacity
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards
- Review and approve CNC programs, setups, and first-piece inspections
- Monitor machine performance, downtime, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Train and guide operators/setters on best practices
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and stores departments




- Maintain production reports, machine logs, and shift handover documentation
- Enforce safety standards and 5S practices on the shop floor
- Identify process improvement opportunities to boost efficiency

Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering (preferred, but not mandatory)
- 3–5 years of experience in CNC machining, including supervisory experience
- Robust knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machine setups
- Ability to read complex engineering drawings and GD&T;
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of operators/setters
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and productivity
