The Opportunity:

The International Admissions & Partner Relations Counselor serves as the primary point of contact for prospective international students, recruitment partners, educational agents, and pathway providers. This position is responsible for managing communications, responding to program and admissions inquiries, collecting and uploading student documents, preparing application files for review, and supporting international enrollment growth initiatives.



The counselor works closely with the Center for Global Engagement, Admissions Operations, academic colleges, and recruitment partners to ensure a seamless admissions experience from inquiry through enrollment. The position requires exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of student and partner communications. The counselor will also provide general guidance regarding F-1 visa processes, I-20 documentation requirements, and international student onboarding.

- Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, educational agents, and international recruitment partners.
- Respond promptly to email inquiries regarding academic programs, admission requirements, scholarships, tuition and fees, housing, student services, and enrollment procedures.
