Job Description
- Manage overall plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Plant Head Should Have
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Proven experience in plant management within the FMCG or consumer durables sector
- Robust knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and execute operational strategies effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
