Role Description
The Compliance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for managing and monitoring regulatory and statutory compliance for client organizations.



Day-to-day tasks include tracking changes in labor laws and company regulations, preparing compliance documentation, supporting audit activities, and coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely filings and submissions. The role involves reviewing records and processes for adherence to legal and regulatory standards, identifying compliance gaps, and recommending corrective actions. The Compliance Executive will also assist in drafting policies and procedures, maintaining accurate compliance reports, and providing clear updates and guidance to clients and senior team members.
