As a Technical Engineer, you will play a critical role in project execution:
- Lead and manage project interventions in assigned areas
- Build strong relationships with communities, PRIs, and government officials
- Prepare designs, estimates, and execution plans for watershed structures
- Implement watershed and groundwater management activities
- Maintain records and ensure timely reporting compliance
- Plan and conduct regular programme review meetings
- Provide hands-on support and field-level technical guidance
- Undertake extensive field visits for on-ground implementation
Qualifications Experience
- B.Tech in Agriculture / Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 3 5 years of relevant field experience
- Knowledge of local language Hindi preferred
- Prior experience in development sector is an added advantage
