Experience: 3 to 5 Years in plastic molding industry
1. Having valuable knowledge of Injection molding operation & troubleshooting.
2. Analytical approach for problem solving.
3. Ensure shift wise machines compliance Plan Vs Actual
4. Ensure effective resources utilization.
5. Generate and implement new improvement ideas to act on parameters such as quality, cost, efficiency, productivity
6. Ensuring all activities are well coordinated and completed
7. Ensuring Inventory & consumption
8. Submitting production reports weekly to reporting department head.
9. Ensuring Smooth FIFO System
10. Planning for the raw material procurement in co-ordination with Store department.
11. Ensuring Monthly & Weekly MIS Data
