Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Customer Service Representative role based in Delhi, India, with some flexibility for work from home. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email, and chat, resolving questions, issues, and service requests promptly and accurately. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions in the system, escalating complex cases when needed, and following standard procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
