Purpose of Job:

We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and execution-focused communications professional to drive integrated corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, employee advocacy, brand activations, and events for the organization. The role will be instrumental in shaping and amplifying the corporate narrative through compelling storytelling, impactful campaigns, and innovative engagement platforms that strengthen corporate reputation, employer brand, and stakeholder trust. The incumbent will partner closely with business and functional leaders to conceptualize and deliver high-impact communication initiatives while managing agency ecosystems and large-scale events end-to-end. The ideal candidate should bring a strong foundation in advertising, brand communications, events, or experiential marketing, preferably with prior experience in leading advertising agencies, event management firms, or reputed corporate communication functions.

Duties & responsibilities:

Corporate Communications
- Drive integrated communication strategies that strengthen corporate reputation,



employer brand, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop impactful narratives, campaigns, and content aligned with business priorities.

Employee & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead communication and engagement initiatives for employees, partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Support leadership communications, townhalls, and strategic engagement platforms.

Campaigns & Creative Management
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact communication campaigns across channels.
- Manage creative agencies and ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness of all communication.

Events & Activations
- Lead end-to-end execution of corporate events, leadership forums, partner engagements, and brand activations.
- Deliver creative, technology-led experiences that enhance engagement and brand visibility.
